    The practice introduces the availability of regenerative medicine services through XRS. Interested patients may schedule directly with XRS or be connected through the practice.

    Patient Education Call

    The patient schedules an introductory consultation with an XRS Patient Care Coordinator.

    The purpose of this call is to:

    Introduce regenerative medicine and the XRS program

    Explain the overall patient journey

    Discuss the role of diagnostic imaging in determining candidacy

    Answer general, non-clinical questions

    Explain the next steps in the evaluation process

    Coordinate scheduling for diagnostic imaging

    Discuss financial investment

    This consultation is educational and administrative in nature. Clinical recommendations, diagnoses, and treatment decisions are not made during this call.

    Diagnostic Evaluation

    Patients obtain the recommended diagnostic imaging prior to their clinical consultation.

    Imaging is reviewed by the XRS Nurse Practitioner before making treatment recommendations.

    Clinical Consultation & Procedure Day

    The patient meets with the XRS Nurse Practitioner at the partner practice for a comprehensive clinical consultation prior to any treatment.

    During this visit, the provider:

    Reviews the patient's medical history

    Reviews imaging

    Establishes a diagnosis

    Determines candidacy

    Discusses treatment options

    Reviews risks and benefits

    Answers clinical questions

    If the patient elects to move forward, the visit continues with:

    Confirmation of informed consent

    Final clinical assessment

    Ultrasound evaluation as clinically indicated

    Ultrasound-guided procedure

    Post-procedure instructions

    Documentation

    Patients receive ongoing follow-up care to monitor progress, assess outcomes, and determine whether additional treatment or supportive therapies are indicated.
